2. Bylaws
3. At the last meeting of the Board on 24 June 2014, the board proposed changes to SABDA's bylaws. The proposed new bylaws were read.
4. Motion: to adopt the bylaws as read (moved: Loreto; seconded: Barbara; carried.)
5. Action: Rosie will submit the new bylaws to the Nova Scotia Registry of Joint Stocks.
6. Adjournment (moved: Rosie; seconded: Loreto)
